IKIO Lighting, a provider of original design manufacture services in the LED lighting sector, launched its initial public offering (IPO) on 6 June. The issue was open to public subscription until 8 June. Prior to the beginning of the IPO, IKIO Lighting received INR1.82bn ($24.6m) from 14 anchor investors. About 50% of the IPO was reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35% was set aside for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional investors. The company's revenue in operation grew by 55% YoY to INR3.31bn in the FY2022 period, with a profit after tax rise of 75% YoY to INR505m.
