Degrees were awarded to 671 students at the 11th annual convocation of IIT Bhubaneswar here on Saturday. The institution awarded degrees to 55 PhD, 172 MTech, 90 MSc, 81 dual degrees and 273 BTech students respectively. LM Patnaik, a senior scientist and former professor at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, delivered the convocation address.
